About the Movie

Scary Movie (2000) is a horror-comedy film directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans and written by Maelon and Shawn Wayans. It parodies popular horror films of the 1990s, including Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer. Known for its outrageous humor and slapstick gags, the film became a box office success and spawned multiple sequels.

The movie follows a group of teenagers who accidentally kill a man and then find themselves stalked by a mysterious masked killer(a hilarious parody of ghost face). It's a hilarious twist on classic horror tropes, filled with satire, absurdity, and memorable one-liners. (Also very much not a kids movie.)
