Chapter 3/4 Individual - The trivia will be scored and disabled if question 5 is answered within the ranges. Question 5 is the only question that will give you a response indicating how close or how far off the user's answer is.
Chapter 6 Individual - If any of the fields are missing or the age range is not selected, it will give you error messages. For email, you need the @ symbol and there has to be characters after the @ symbol or you will get error messages. For telephone number, it needs to be in the XXX-XXX-XXXX format or you will get an error message.
Chapter 9 Individual - The "Play Again" button will also delete the form information. There is no feedback form at the end of the quiz.
